Our Achievement

Housekeeping & Waste Management Project

In partnership with UMM EL KORA, EMAC Petroleum Service completed the Industrial Housekeeping Project, cleaning and rehabilitating more than 20 wells using excavators, vacuum trucks, and steam cleaners. The work included treating oil-polluted areas, cleaning shorelines to prevent seawater contamination, and improving accessibility between wells and substations. We also managed all waste types by collecting, transporting, segregating, and safely disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous materials, including used oils, chemicals, and filters.

Field Enhancement & Support Services

Beyond cleaning, the project covered facility enhancement and construction support. Our team fabricated and painted new handrails, installed production pipes, assisted in maintenance works, and improved junk areas by cutting and removing unused pipes and leveling raised soils. Covering wide operational zones with extensive shorelines and infrastructure, the project showcased EMAC’s expertise in industrial cleaning, pollution control, waste management, and construction support, ensuring safer and more sustainable oilfield operations.

Cellar Cleaning & Field Maintenance Activitie

Our Success in Petrobel Fields – Sinai

In partnership with UMM EL KORA, we continue to deliver the following services in Petrobel’s Sinai fields

Cellar cleaning with vacuum trucks and steam/water jet washing.
Fabrication and installation of safety handrails.Tubing inspection and removal of unused items.

Waste and debris removal to keep fields clean and safe

GRE Pipeline Construction – Petrobel

EMAC Petroleum Service participated in the construction of a GRE pipeline of various diameters connecting Petrobel stations. Our scope of work included:

Excavation and backfilling works.
Supplying the required heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, cranes, dump trucks, and water trucks).
Providing all necessary skilled manpower to complete the project safely and efficiently.

This project reflects EMAC’s capability to deliver integrated construction and support services for the Oil & Gas industry.
